Valentine’s Day 2025 Floral Order Form
Please complete the form below to order flowers for your sweetheart. Once you submit your order, I will email you a confirmation of my receiving it and confirm color/flower availability. I will email you an invoice for payment. All orders need to be paid in full prior to being sent out for delivery on the 14th between 10-4. I will continue to take orders until I’ve sold out of my Valentine inventory. There will be a $15 delivery and tax added to your order. I look forward to creating something special for your sweetheart this year.
