A Little About Sue & Working With Her

It all started with...

Growing up on a small family farm here in the Pacific Northwest.  This gave Sue deep roots of appreciation and love for country living.  Her mother was and continues to be an amazing mentor to her in creativity, resourcefulness and generosity.  Her mother's garden on their "Little Bit" farm which once fed their family of six, has provided 1,000's of stems of gorgeous flowers over the years.  She has been one of several local flower farmers Sue purchases local flowers from and she is proud to share all their blossoms with customers in her unique and personalized designs throughout the summer months. 

Sue opened her own floral studio in the fall of 2014. She earned certifications as a designer and wedding specialist through completing the basic and advanced Floral Design Career Course Work and Wedding Design Specialist Courses with the Floral Design Institute, located in Portland, Oregon.  Sue continues to attend workshops and take courses through a variety of floral professionals for both business and floral designing education.   Sue offers classes and workshops throughout the Spokane County area.

She looks forward to bringing joy to those who secure her services for their special event. Whether that is a wedding, special party, or even a celebration of life, Sue puts her heart and soul into her creations for each and every event.

STUDIO HOURS Sue Hines Floral is a Design Studio that is not a public store front. As of September of 2023 Sue no longer takes on daily orders for delivery and is primarily a weddings and event florist. She will be doing limited orders for all major holidays and special order forms for those will be available when it’s closer to the date. If you are a couple planning a wedding and would like to schedule a time to visit with Sue please fill out the wedding inquiry form. SERVICE AREA  Sue primarily does weddings and events around the Spokane, Washington area. If you are getting married in another location simply let her know and she will let you know if she’s able to help you.
